Filter the coffee don’t spill the tea...

I’ve started treating my feed like I treat coffee with a filter

☕ It’s about filtering the coffee, not spilling the tea

I’ve started treating my feed like I treat my coffee.

With a filter.

Because not all content is the same.

🙈Some of it is harmless — a dog in a bucket, a recipe you’ll never make. Just white noise.

😬Some of it is fake — dressed up as vulnerability, choreographed authenticity, “candid” chaos that was rehearsed.

☠️And some of it is toxic — content that chips away at your self-worth under the guise of motivation.

“Be better,” it whispers.

“But only if you look like this.”

Here’s the quiet truth I’ve been sitting with:

✖️ You don’t have to consume everything just because it’s popular.

✖️ You don’t have to perform just to feel real.

✖️ Not every thought needs to become content.

Filtering your feed is filtering your mind.

Filtering your mind is a dose of self-respect.

That’s where I’m drawing the line now.

Always,

Zahra
